WHAT IS THE CHILD FRIENDLY COMPANY CERTIFICATE
The Child Friendly Company Certificate is based on the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC) and recognises companies that:
• promote and uphold children’s rights;
• create family-friendly workplaces;
• implement ESG and sustainable business practices;
• contribute positively to their communities and society.
The Certificate is a European trademark that enables organisations to implement and manage national certification systems for companies committed to children’s rights, family well-being and sustainable development.
The model has already been successfully implemented in Bulgaria, while its first international rollout has been launched in Kosovo, paving the way for further expansion across Europe.
