Lyudmil Spasov brings a diverse and extensive background spanning both the business and non-profit sectors. For the past five years, he has served as Chief of Import and Business Development at one of the largest companies in Bulgaria’s DIY retail sector.

In his leadership role, he is actively involved in employee training and professional development, delivering training in areas such as Leadership, Organizational Design, Strategic Planning, and Team Building.

For the past six years, Lyudmil has been actively engaged with the National Network for Children, advocating for children’s rights and child well-being policies in Bulgaria’s South-West Central Region.

He holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Veliko Tarnovo University “St. Cyril and St. Methodius” and has continued his studies in Information Management.

Lyudmil successfully completed the Child Protection: Children’s Rights in Theory and Practice programme at Harvard University. He is also a mentor in the ABLE Mentor programme.

In 2020, he was recognized as one of Bulgaria’s 30 Most Inspiring Colleagues and Leaders in an initiative organized by JobTiger.bg.
