Antoaneta Ivanova holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Management from the University of Economics – Varna, a Master’s degree in Fashion and Styling from Varna Free University, and a Master’s degree in Social Management from the Technical University of Varna. Her master’s thesis focused on PR Optimization for Non-Governmental Organizations.

She has extensive experience in designing, managing, and implementing social projects aimed at supporting vulnerable children and their families. A committed advocate for children’s rights, she possesses in-depth knowledge of the challenges children face within the healthcare and social care systems, as well as the opportunities for improving their well-being through strategic Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives and sustainable business engagement.

Antoaneta brings over 12 years of entrepreneurial and management experience, having successfully led her own company in the manufacturing and services sector.

Since 2016, she has served on the Management Board of the Spina Bifida and Hydrocephalus – Bulgaria Association, where she leads advocacy efforts, awareness campaigns, and stakeholder engagement with public institutions, partners, and volunteers.

Since 2020, she has also been a member of the Management Board of the National Network for Children, Bulgaria’s largest coalition of organizations working to advance children’s rights and well-being.

Antoaneta is a certified auditor of Quality Management Systems under ISO 9001:2015 and a certified auditor of Management Systems under ISO 19011:2018.
